AGENDA: Rethinking Risks and Recovery Strategies

We can thoroughly plan and test recovery strategies but we can never cover everything.  New threats continue to appear as technologies and business operations change while long-term risks coupled with unexpected events can challenge our recovery capabilities.  It can be very helpful to take a step back, review risks from different perspectives and enhance our plans to minimize disruptions.  This session will cover some of the recovery issues that may need additional consideration and your perspectives can help enhance the session’s value for our Association’s members.
 
Roger Peters, CBCP, CGEIT, has over 20 years of business continuity experience and has led a business continuity and technology risk management consulting practice serving US and international clients.  He has assisted numerous clients with their risk management and business continuity programs and founded Continuity Onward, Inc. to help clients enhance their results.
