The purpose of the Crisis Management and Business Continuity Special Interest Group (SIG) is to provide a forum for candid, off-the-record exchange of information and experiences in business continuity and crisis management. The success of the SIG requires members to participate in organized discussions by:

  • Identifying topics
  • Preparing for and engaging in discussions
  • Sharing organizational reporting and program design framework
  • Contributing to discussions on industry perspectives and practices
  • Exchanging ideas and information between SIG members and back to the Business Continuity Planners Association (BCPA) Board

This is accomplished through meetings, networking, and feedback to enhance the greater BCPA mission.
