The monthly BCPA meetings , unless otherwise specified, will be held on the second Thursday of the month from 1:30 - 3:30 at 
Improving, 3600 American Blvd., Bloomington, MN 55431.  Park on either level of the parking ramp in front of the building.  At the front entrance, proceed to Suite # 115.
